Ondas Holding and Subsidiary American Robotics, Announces Plans for a New Joint Headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts

The leading drone manufacturer, American Robotics, is committed to growing and expanding its business in the world’s robotics capital.

Waltham, Massachusetts, October 27, 2021— (BUSINESS CHP) – Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS), a leading provider of private wireless networks, drones and automated data solutions through its wholly owned subsidiaries Ondas Networks Inc. (“Ondas Networks”) and American Robotics, Inc. (“American Robotics” or “AR”) announced today that it plans to move its headquarters to a new facility in Waltham, Massachusetts. Ondas Holdings and his subsidiary, American Robotics, will share the plant. American Robotics, previously based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, will maintain its Marlboro office space for flight tests and remote operations. American Robotics will relocate business, operations and R&D functions to the new joint venture in Waverley Oaks Park, Waltham’s leading robotics business and home destination for companies such as Vecna ​​Robotics and Veo Robotics. Ondas Holdings and American Robotics expect to finalize the move to the new space in early 2022.

The new 18,000-square-foot facility includes 6,000 square feet of flexible lab space to further develop and expand American Robotics’ Scout System, the world’s first commercial drone with FAA approvals for fully automated flight. This new office, combined with Ondas Networks’ office in Sunnyvale, California, provides Ondas Holdings and its subsidiaries with unique access to talent and ecosystem partners in two highly regarded technology centers.

The new office space will have up to 100 employees, which will allow American Robotics to continue its efforts for huge growth, having already increased its full-time employees by 200 percent from January 2021.
