NANTUCKET, MA, October 11, 2021 – Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS), a leading provider of private wireless data and automated data solutions through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Ondas Networks Inc. (Ondas Networks) and American Robotics, Inc. (“American Robotics” or “AR”) announced today that American Robotics has entered into a strategic partnership with Dynam.AI (“Dynam”), a leading developer of artificial intelligence (“AI”) and machine learning (“ML”) technologies. . The partnership focuses on developing data analytics and related platform tools designed to enhance the capabilities of American Robotics’ AI / ML. This partnership expands the portfolio of AI-driven analytics technologies while helping Dynam further develop Vizlab ™, Dynam’s own AI / ML platform, an advanced set of tools for developers for data scientists. In connection with the partnership and in recognition of its long-term strategic suitability, Ondas has invested in minority capital in Dynam.

Dynam’s combination of experienced AI researchers and Vizlab’s own AI / ML deployment technology will give American Robotics the ability to integrate the latest artificial intelligence techniques into its products and customer engagements. The Vizlab ™ platform provides advanced automation tools with a physics-led approach to predictive analysis, reasoning, and explanation of AI that are sought after and currently not available on the market today.
