Equinix has implemented a 5G and Edge technology development center, including a fully operational, independent 5G network from Nokia, to test and validate various 5G services and usage cases. The data center group invests in helping service providers and network operators to introduce innovative concepts to the market by providing a flexible manufacturing framework for the evaluation, incubation and testing of 5G and end products for secure applications.
