  • * # 61 # – Call forwarding when there is no answer

Several call divert options will be displayed by pressing * # 61 # on the keypad and pressing the dial key. To ensure that your calls are not forwarded to another number when they remain unanswered, Voice call forwarding and Divert data calls must be deactivated.

  • * # 62 # – Call forwarding when unavailable

Call forwarding When unavailable is a network system that dictates what happens when your mobile device is turned off or there is no signal. By dialing * # 62 #, you can see if this is set. Voice call forwarding,, Divert data calls, and Divert SMS calls must be deactivated.

  • * # 002 # – Divert all calls

If you’ve been waiting for calls but nothing seems to be working, you may want to check this setting. By typing * # 002 # on the keyboard and typing it, your device will display a list of all set forwarding conditions. Under normal circumstances, everything should be Disabled.

Other codes that may be useful are * # 21 # for unconditional call forwarding, * # 004 * for conditional call forwarding and * # 67 # to divert calls when busy or rejected.

All of these shortcodes work for GSM mobile networks, and services like AT&T or Verizon Wireless may have different numbers to dial.
